Marshall County Railroad Historical Society Fund
The Marshall County Railroad Historical Society (MCRHS) is dedicated to preserving the history and legacy of the Central Branch Union Pacific Railroad while educating the public on its cultural and historical significance. Community support has already tremendously impacted—notably funding much-needed crossing surface upgrades in Blue Rapids and Waterville.
Looking ahead, MCRHS seeks support for critical repairs to the motorcar shed in Blue Rapids, replacing over 200 railroad ties lost in a recent wildfire and covering ongoing maintenance costs for the track and equipment. Your contribution helps preserve a vital piece of Kansas railroad history and ensures future generations can experience and learn from this unique heritage.
